Casa Ananda Residence A Home of Light and Belonging

In the quiet landscape of Maheshwaram, Casa Ananda Residence emerges not merely as a house, but as a deeply personal dream taking architectural form. Designed as a 6,400 sq. ft. sanctuary within the BTR Mak Community, this home is a reflection of longing — for light, for warmth, for rootedness, and for joy in everyday living.

Inspired by the divine serenity of Ananda Nilayam, the sacred abode of Lord Venkateshwara, Casa Ananda is envisioned as a home where architecture, spirituality, and everyday life exist in quiet harmony. The residence reflects a balance between contemporary living and timeless tradition, where every space carries a subtle sense of calm, warmth, and devotion.

Project Information

Casa Ananda is not defined by walls and roofs alone. It is defined by feeling — by the warmth of materials, the movement of air, the play of light, and the quiet happiness of coming home. Stone walls ground the structure, while terracotta jali screens and expansive openings allow light and air to move freely through the spaces. The result is a home that feels both rooted and alive.

Where every corner invites sunlight and every window frames life.

At its heart, a sculptural spiral staircase rises as a defining element — connecting levels while shaping the spatial experience. Living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly, opening toward views of lush greenery and carefully framed outdoor spaces.

Natural light becomes a constant companion, shifting through the house and transforming it throughout the day.

Casa Ananda is ultimately a home defined by simplicity, light, and natural materials — a place where architecture does not overpower life, but quietly enriches it.
